Your Credit Card Protection is through PayPal:

We do not hold or ever see any information regarding your credit card details. Payments are made to an independent secure European site; PayPal (Europe) Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the UK as an electronic money institution.

Data Protection:

We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the data protection law, the telecommunications laws and the tele-services protection law. You are entitled to receive information and to amend, block and delete your stored data. Please contact admin@reikiparty.com or send us your request by post or fax.

Guarantee:

The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions. Please note that the telesales law forbids the return of certain goods, in this situation, services.

Terms and Conditions

Right to cancel:

You can cancel and withdraw from your workshop course booking within 1 week of placing your reservation . No reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which needs to be given in writing by recorded mail. (Initial notification by email to admin@reikiparty.com will be acceptable) Your right will have then been fulfilled, write to: - Reikiparty International, 5 Oaklawn Terrace, St. Vincent's Road , TORQUAY, TQ1 4EL

Order Terms & Important Customer Information:

Owing to the need that a personal commitment is required on behalf of the student, once a workshop course has been booked Reikiparty International maintains a no refund policy if cancellation is received within 28 days of the course commencement date. All cancellations made, provided they are made 28 days before the course date, will be refunded less a charge of £50 to pay for administration charges.

NB: No refunds are provided for home-study courses.

Reasonable Consideration is always made:

If you are unable to attend for any reason, the fee may be allocated to another training date or participant by agreement with Reikiparty International. Special circumstances will always be considered and are to be discussed individually. If you reach our answering service please leave your telephone number and a convenient time for you when we can call you back; we are always very happy to talk with you personally to listen about your situation.
