The cover is £3,000,000 per section in any one claim with no excess. The policy offers unlimited number of claims in the year, unlimited defence costs are also covered.
The policy is what is termed as a mobile policy which means that you are covered anywhere in the UK. You will be covered if you hold a Reiki share, attend a Reiki sharing friendship day, teach others Reiki - no matter where you do this in the UK for example in: your home, in a rented room, in a village or church hall, in a natural health centre, in a hotel room and even in a mobile unit such as a camper van.
The multi therapy policy will cover over 300 other standard low/medium risk therapies subject to suitable qualifications.
The policy will cover the member to work anywhere in the UK for Medical Malpractice, Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, Disciplinary Hearings cover, Loss of Reputation cover, Products Liability and a Legal Expenses Package including Inland Revenue Investigation, Legal advice, Criminal Proceedings etc. (More info in policy download).
The policy provides cover if you are temporarily working abroad, all Worldwide ex USA and Canada.
You are covered for claims from the date of the claim not the date of the incident. This is known as unlimited retroactive cover from previous work performed – no charge is made for this if joining from another insurance scheme.
